Ctrl-+ and Ctrl-- work in Biblical People/Places/Things to zoom in/out, but they don't work in the Print preview. You can zoom in/out in Print preview using the mouse scroll wheel (or so I'm told), but I don't have a mouse scroll wheel on my laptop, so I can't use this zoomin feature. Please implement Ctrl-+ and Ctrl--. I consider this missing essential functionality, not a feature request.
