Preaching Mode Fails To Control Proclaim

Proclaim remote works fine but preaching mode on either the mobile app or web does nothing to advance the slides. I have selected the option to control proclaim but to no avail.

    Which version of the app on which mobile platform?

    It didn't work in the initial release so worth double-checking what versions you are using
