Sermon Builder and Manager not responding
I upgraded to Logos 9 yesterday. Everything works well as far as I can tell except for Sermon Builder and Manager. They open (slowly), but I cannot add data or edit any existing fields. None at all.
Task manager shows my computer has a lot of extra working memory, and my CPU is not bogged down in the least. I'm using Windows 10 with an 11th generation i7 processor. I have let it sit for hours to potentially download and sync data. The message I have is "Synchronization is enabled, and all items are up to date." I have restarted Logos several times, and I've restarted my computer several times.
Everything else seems to work fine and fast. Any ideas?

I'll off a suggestion... but it may not be your problem...
How often do you reboot your modem and router? I have found my router gets booged down and slows down. I have set the schedule on my router to reboot once a week at off hours like 3 am. That has helped me ...
Also have you ran Maleware bytes? You can download it and run it for free. It'll help clean most maleware problems. I run it on my system daily.
Also to clean out trash files and clean your registers... I run CCleaner. If your registers are full of lost files or bad references it can slow your computer to a crawl.
You can get both of these free on the internet. Some may know specifically what your problem is... but these two program won't hurt your system and may help to speed things up.

Thanks for the suggestions. Rebooted and cleaned, and that wasn't it. Always good to keep up on that, though

There is an issue related to the 11th gen processor
Please see https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052821231-Display-problems-on-11th-gen-Intel-processors-with-Iris-Xe for more information and suggestions as to how to resolve it
