Allow creation of a simple page header and/or footer (about at the level of what Excel allows), and allow insertion of tokens that will be replaced at print time by: auto-generated page numbers (pages of printing, not page #s from the original source), print date & time, user name, title of source work, author of source work, publisher, year, complete citation
For printing from a resource, add an option to include complete citation info within the body (beginning or end) so it doesn't have to get repeated on every page as it would if it were in a header or footer.
