With the NA27, when you hover over the word it gives you not only the grammatical description, but the root translation of the word. The NA28 has the grammar, but not the translation. How come???
Logos has two editions of the NA28.
In the one that says Nestle-Aland Greek New Testament, 28th Edition I see the parsing and the gloss
In the one that says Nestle-Aland Greek New Testament, 28th Edition:GBS the gloss is missing. This edition has the critical apparatus symbols in the text.
Check which edition of the NA28 you are using.
I'm using the Critical Apparatus version, because I like that info. I just hate giving up the translations especially of rare words that I can't remember. Oh well, I'll just keep jumping from NA28 to NA27 when I need a hint on a word
I'll just keep jumping from NA28 to NA27
Or just right-click the NA28 greek word
Or put an Info Tool next to your NA28 with the Word-Info section showing ... then hover the greek word.
