Factbook not working until dataset needed is downloaded

I upgraded to Logos 9 and factbook not working.

When I click on factbook, it opens saying, "A new dataset is required and will be automatically downloaded."

It hasn't happened and I'm still waiting.

Logos 9 was supposed to be automatically downloaded to upgrade Logos 8, but it didn't happen. I downloaded it manually and it is working.

Maybe I caused the problem?... or maybe not?

Anybody else with this problem and find a solution?

Welcome to the forums. Have you looked at the blue button near the top of the home page to see whether you are still downloading or have started indexing? How long have you waited?

In program setting do you have it set to automatically download? Do you have time constraints on the automatic download?

The only blue button that I see on the top of the home page is the LOGOS icon.

Changing the "constraints on the automatic download" got downloading started again. Hopefully, this will work now. Thank you again.

You might want to change the topic of this thread from Facebook to Factbook. I've had spellcheck incorrectly correct me several times on this myself.

This is the button that shows progress in downloads and indexing - I'm doing neither at the moment.

I've been looking for a way to edit the Title to factbook, but I don't see the choose to edit the title of this post.

Edit is under More but I believe there is a time limit on it.
