Undocumented Custom Highlight Color Changes In Dark Mode?

Below are 2 screenshots of the same passage of scripture in Dark Mode.  One on Windows 10 and one on macOS.  My custom palette is shown on the right.  As you can see the macOS highlights looks just like my custom palette which is to say it's completely unusable.   This is how things have been since the release of Logos 9.   In Windows 10 the custom highlights seems to be "fixed" and now are much easier to read although the highlight colors are may be too vibrant.  I appreciate the improvement, but would prefer a more muted color than the neon looking colors.

Anyone else notice changes in the Windows version?  I just noticed them today.
