Color discrepancy in Windows 10 Notes vs every other type of book

I use the foreground solid colors.  I have been using the dark mode since it has been added. About 2 weeks ago I noticed my colors became darker and some even changed color, the pink for instance. I also noted that if I am using the solid color foreground in a commentary or bible then copy and paste it in a note the colors in the note become more vibrant, like they were before. What happened? And how do I get my colors back to the way they were before they changed? FYI: this issue does not occur with my I Pad. The panel on the left has darker colors, it is my highlighted commentary and the panel on the right, has more brighter colors, it is my copy and paste note. The colors on the right are what all my colors were like until about 2 weeks ago.
