"look up" feature fail

Hey, recently downloaded latest version of the mobile app on Android system and the feature for looking and searching the word is fully not working. Word study feature is what it was called previously I think, so now I can't look at syntax, or word study via the page I'm reading. Am I special, is this isn't for me or others experiencing this to. I search around and found out it happened in previous editions of the app in 2018, and someone in 2019, but this is 2020, mid vivid.

Any help would be amazing

    Hamish, I'm not sure what's not working.

    In your Settings (top right menu), do you have Automatic Word Lookup un-selected?

    If Denise's diagnosis doesn't answer your question, please provide more info. What resource? How are you accessing the feature? What features / packages do you own and/or subscriptions do you have?
