BUG: 4.1B1: NIV ==> Print/Export Panel gives blank preview page

Steps:

• Open NIV Bible
• Type "Rom 3" in Nav box
  (NIV navigates to Romans3, and Nav box displays "Romans 3:1–31")
• Press Control-P

Print/Export Panel opens, with "Romans 3:1–31" in the Scope box, but preview page is blank!

With only limited testing, seems to always happen for any NIV ref, but works correct for ESV.

For both NIV and ESV, the "Use current Location" is selected, but NIV has a blank page, but ESV works.

Update:  This is only true of "current location" which will be replaced by the Table of Contents picker. Selecting the actual reference range radio button will print the desired result.
