Is there a way to keep this information box open and position it to another area of the screen? Or does it have to close once you click one of the options in it?

It closes once you have selected one of the options. What were you hoping to achieve?

The Information Tool provides a lot of the information on the left of the context menu - and that can be positioned anywhere you like. Would that give you what you are looking for?

    Thanks Graham,

I was hoping that it would stay open.

Question: does the Information Tool give you what the other box does?

It gives you a lot - but not all

Worth experimenting with it to see if it provides what you want

For future reference, the "other box" is generally called "context menu". The information panel has nearly everything that the context menu has.  I've been comparing them a lot recently and have found a few discrepancies. However, for most information they are interchangeable so I report a bug or submit a request when they are not. For label information, the Concordance Guide is probably the best source -- but it only covers labels and you need to know which type of label.

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."
