Hi Nathan, sorry to hear you have issues. Nor being a Mac user, I just recently learned that Macs allow installing Logos on outdated older OS versions which are no longer supported (Logos 9 does require Mac 11.4, I read) - and even run for some time, but then stop. This seems to be the scenario you have run into.
Other users may have better options for you, but to me it seems you need to either deinstall Logos 9 completely and then install a legacy version of Logos 8, or to upgrade your OS (if this is technically feasible).
Have joy in the Lord!

11.4 hasn't even been put into beta yet. 11.2 is in beta so the current system is 11.1 so that can't be the problem.
11.1 was released on december 16th and there has not be a newer one since then.

I think Mick is confused by the version numbering in macOS. He is thinking you were on 10.11, rather than 11.x. For clarification, however, you need to add a zero. The current version is 11.0.1. macOS 11.1 won’t be released until next year and will be a major release.

Have you tried loading to a blank layout? Press and hold the command key immediately upon startup.

Actually, it is macOS 11.1—it was released on Dec. 14.

Thanks Levi. The Apple support page I visited was out of date!

Humanly would like to look at Logos 9 diagnostic log files, hoping for bounce insights. Logos Wiki has => Diagnostic Logging

Apple last used OS X for 10.11 El Capitan. The 10.12 Sierra release changed name to macOS. Current public release is macOS 11.1 Big Sur.
Keep Smiling [:)]
