Information: Preaching Themes
Preaching themes are documented in Husser, Lydia. 2016. Preaching Themes: Dataset Documentation. Bellingham, WA: Faithlife. There are no settings on the section heading bar.
As the mouse-over popup indicates, selecting a Preaching Them opens a Sermon Starter Guide. Preaching Themes, like Theological Topics, use a Protestant-Evangelical vocabulary with which I am no always comfortable. I would like to see a Catholic Topical Index classification as an alternative to the Preaching Themes.
Information: Translation
This section shows one all the ways the selected word is translated in your library – all the ways under the limitations that exclude Bibles embedded in commentaries, etc. It has no setting to be chosen on the heading bar of the section.
This section should provide motivation to learn the standard Bible abbreviations for the Bibles in your downloaded library. Note it makes no distinction among languages.
Mouse-over a Bible version gives a preview of the text. A click will open that Bible to that reference.
Note that some translations may indicate that they use a variant of the underlying text. Open the Textual Variants Guide to pursue the variant text used.
The bottom of the Translation section offers a link to the Text Comparison defaulting to all modern language translation, if I assume correctly.
