Notes Between Verses

Is it possible to write a note in between verses? For example at the end of a pericope and before the next one begins to write a brief note in between the two of them.  In other words, I would like to add a sentence in between two verses. And please, this is just a note for me, I'm not advocating that I'm adding to God's Word

    A note is either linked to a reference, linked to a portion of text or free-standing.

    So the best I think you can do is to create a note linked to the last word of the pericope and add your sentence there.

    Not exactly what you are looking for but the best type of approach I can think of
