Allowing the church I'm leaving to continue using my Proclaim

My church has been using Proclaim under my Logos account - I get the emails and it charges to my credit card. I am leaving my church, however, and they need to continue to have access to Proclaim along with all of the songs and slides that have been saved. But I don't want it attached to my account any more. Is there a way for them to continue to have access to this? About four other people are admins on the Faithlife presentation group, and can access the Proclaim software to do what they need to do. All I need is for someone else to be able to get the monthly bill rather than myself. Is there a way to do this, or do they need to start from scratch?

These forums are primarily manned by users/MVPs. This is probably not a question that we can answer, since it will require Faithlife doing something on their end. You would need to contact Faithlife Customer Service about this. In any event, this post might get a better response on the Proclaim forum. Maybe some other users have done just this and can explain what they went through. And maybe some Faithlife employees read that forum. But you'll get a quicker more direct response by contacting Faithlife. I'd try their Church Support Center: 888-634-2038 or support@faithlife.com.

I suspect that since they have a way to transfer licenses for Logos resources to another user (for a one-time small fee of I think $10), they ought to have a way to do it for Proclaim as well, or could come up with one for cases like this if they don't have it yet.
