My Verbum software ver. 9 is very slow in comparison to ver. 8. Is there anyway we can improve it?
I have not noticed this. But two things come to mind.
1) Has Verbum 9 finished indexing? Pretty basic, I know, but sometimes you have to rule out the obvious.
2) My understanding is that Verbum 9 is optimized for SSD drives, and if you are depending on a HDD, the performance suffers greatly. While this was also the case for version 8, I would not at all be surprised if this would not be even more of an issue.
