I thought the reason my 2011 mac mini wasn't updating to version 9 was I had to delete and reinstall it. Well, now i see it says it's not compatible.
Any access to version 8 or one that is compatible with the macOS 10.13.6?
Try having a look at https://wiki.logos.com/Logos_Downloads_Archive#Last_supported_version_for_OS_X_10.2e11_.28El_Capitan.29.2c_macOS_10.2e12_.28Sierra.29.2c_macOS_10.2e13_.28High_Sierra.29.3a
Suggest using latest 8 release on macOS 10.13.6 that is working on a 2011 Mac Mini whose internal storage has been upgraded to SSD:
Logos Wiki => Logos Downloads Archive notes 8.11 was the last release tested by Faithlife on macOS 10.13 High Sierra.

Thankful for patcher => https://dosdude1.com/mojave that allows macOS Mojave to be installed/used on 2011 Mac mini (needs network connection after "macOS Post Install" as initial login has some more patches to download & install followed by restart).
Thankful for Logos Wiki Quick Installation onto Multiple Macs so duplicated Logos 9.2 Beta 2 (147 GB) from macOS 11 Big Sur (27" iMac) to macOS 10.14.6 Mojave (2011 Mac mini) using same macOS user account so fully qualified paths inside database files were OK.
