The NIV84 is no longer available in the drop-down menu of the Bible Browser.
I actually don't see any version of the NIV show up in the Bible Browser, and I think I have them all.
I also have them all (including Anglicised) and none of them are appearing for me either. It was there initially but nothing appeared in the faceted browser on the left, so I changed to NRSV to make sure the Bible Browser was working, and when I tried to change back it's not in the list of versions.
I'll let the team know this isn't working.
In the meantime, you should be able to access those Bibles at https://app.logos.com/tools/bible-browser?layout=one
We are working on fixing this. It is a server updates, so it won't require an update to the application.
