Problem with Big Sur?

So has anyone had problems with the replace with passage feature after upgrading to Big Sur? Mine stopped working with Word. I can use the drop down list option with  apps like Pages or Mail, but not the shortcut keys... hmm... thoughts? Suggestions? I use this all the time so hope I can resolve it
