Trouble with Web App

I'm trying to use the web app and this how it shows up.  I'm on Windows 10, I've also used it fine on my Macbook with Safari.  I just updated Google Chrome, so I'm pretty sure it's on the latest version.  Just trying to figure what I can do to use the web app on this computer.

    I'm not a web programmer but my fist thought is that the CSS didn't load.  I've had similar issues with Biblia.com on a work computer (I had lots of issues with Logos/Faithlife until corporate opened up their restrictions).  Is the Macbook/Safari computer using the same firewall as your Win 10 comp?
