Dashboard has been messed up for awhile

It seems to me that once you select an entry for your dashboard, say a Saint resource, or a Devotional, it does not show up in the list to select any more - which makes sense. Except that's not always true.  As this image shows (and I have other examples), but you can see 3 examples here where resources already on my Dashboard still show up in the checklist. This should be fixed (along with the prior bug I reported and was never commented on or addressed, that dashboard panels on the Verbum app do not always show up on the Logos or Verbum web app, or vice versa - right now I have 17 panels on the Verbum web app, 25 on the Verbum desktop app).

The desktop app allows you to have once instance of a Saints resource as a Saints panel and one instance of the same resource as a Daily Devotional panel and, personally, I don't want that changed.

But what if I don't want exactly the same panels in my desktop app and when I am using the browser?
