Downloading Logos help

I just did a new install of Logos 8 (on a newly installed drive).  Ran into a problem, so tried to pull up Logos Help.  Here's what I got:

How do I get that to install?

Image path does not appear for other forum users to view (suspect image was pasted into forum editor instead of using paper clip to attach a file).
