Several Thousand WS Titles Disappeared from My Library

I was looking at the WORDsearch Library migration tool (https://www.logos.com/wordsearch/library-migration) this morning & noticed that my list of owned resources was considerably smaller than what it used to be.

My WORDsearch library was several thousand resources (I was a former WS employee), and now my library is only showing a couple hundred titles, if that. What's up with that? Why would that many titles just disappear from my account without any notice? Crying

That must be quite worrying LaRosa. Have you phoned Customer Support?

We recently revoked thousands of Wordsearch licenses that we found were being shared between multiple customers.

The manner in which your WS employee licenses were granted looked remarkably similar to the illegal behaviour, so your account was caught in the net. I apologise for that; they're now restored.

Thanks Bradley for getting that sorted out. Truly appreciated. And yes, that was a huge issue back in my days as an employee there (even knew of a site where that was common practice), but wasn't a lot done at the time to prevent it because they figured those people were never going to be paying customers anyway, not that it excuses their behavior.

Bradley. This happened again, and I'm missing all my WS titles. Anything we can do to keep this from happening?

We just did another Wordsearch license import, which very likely reset your licenses back to "factory settings", so to speak. This was our final license import, so it won't "keep happening".
