Factbook
I value all the new changes in Logos 9 but both the Guide and the Factbook are confusing to me.
In the Factbook I type in Hermeneutics it comes back with an article from Baker Encyclopedia on Interpreting the Bible, some journal entries but nothing from the books of my library.
Here is the question: I have over 100 books dealing the hermeneutics, biblical interpretation, word study. Books like, Hermeneutics, Authority and Canon, Toward an Exegetical Theology, Introduction to Biblical Hermeneutics - Fact book says no results from my library.
I have the same concern about Counseling Guide, all I get is Biblical Counseling Keys and the Quick Reference.
Maybe these are in progress as far at getting everything in the Factbook and Counseling Guide. I would like to know what are the plans for improving the retrieval of resources from one's library.
Thanks,

The Factbook Books from Your Library section returns books that are deemed, by the software, to be about the topic, not just those where the topic is mentioned. See discussion at https://community.logos.com/forums/t/195909.aspx - work is ongoing to tag more resources.
Similarly, Faithlife is continuing to annotate resources that will appear in the Counselling Guide as per https://community.logos.com/forums/p/194964/1129950.aspx#1129950
I don't know anything about timescales in either case.

I ran the same search in Factbook, and the "Books from Your Library" section was empty. I own "The Hermeneutical Spiral" by Grant Osborne, which is a book about the topic of hermeneutics, not just a resource which mentions hermeneutics. I think it's clear that Logos fails to bring back an accurate result in this case, at least. I'm glad that work continues, but it's disconcerting to have NO results on a basic topic of pastoral work.
