Just a question not a suggestion: Resources such as the documentation for accents point the user to a particular Faithlife group i.e. Greek Grammatical Constructions. Should this Factbook oriented resources also point to a Faithlife group?

Yes, they're really datasets converted into resources, so this makes sense. Since Faithlife Groups as a feedback mechanism for datasets seem to have had very little use overall, I'm proposing we set up one Faithlife Group for the whole series (about 20 resources). We'll include information about that in the Introductions going forward.
