Is there any documentation on the {Label Measure}

{Label Measure WHERE Conversion ~ "130-160m" AND Conversion ~ "140-170yd" AND Conversion ~ "3 furrow lengths" AND Number ~ 300 AND Unit ~ <Thing Cubit>}

This label occurs in the Context menu but I can find no documentation - what am I missing?
