Using LOGOS 9, internet connected, Google Chrome web browser. At wits end! I use everything and it works, except "Bible Browser". Watched the training videos four times and it's simple. The Bible Browser window opens up, but that's it; nothing populates to the left, can't get anything do do anything. It's just a dead window.

So it does not say "...currently unavailable" when you hover the pointer over the icon in the Tools menu?

Thanks! Been tinkering around and come to find out, the KJV I'm using doesn't work. Only a couple of versions will work? At least it's progress [:D]

Using Chrome and app.logos.com, I was able to show the Bible Browser for KJV, NKJV, and others (though there were a few crashes that required reloading the page when switching versions).

In my installation there are 32 Bibles that work. In order to work, they must (a) have a reverse interlinear or be the tagged original language edition and (b) been loaded into the data on the server supporting the Bible Browser. I don't know precisely what is necessary for the data to be "loaded" although I have my guess as to what data management technology is being employed.
