On a a sermon, one sees the sermon label on the title but one also sees it on any portion from the sermon i.e. the label applies to the entire text.
However, in a journal one sees the label information only on the heading. This makes it much more difficult when one opens a journal from search results then have to try to find the article information for the text you are reading.
Please make the journal label apply to the entire article just as sermon applies to the entire sermon.
