I have my primary Bible at KJV. When I read a link to any book of Daniel the verse shows up as LXX Swete Alt. How do I get it to recognize my KJV?

This sounds as though you have LXX Swete Alt prioritised higher than KJV.

On Windows and macOS, would look at Library Prioritization since description sounds like LXX Swete Alt is prioritized higher than KJV
In my demonstration library, my highest prioritized Bible overall is Lexham English Bible (LEB). KJV has footnotes with verse references so have advanced prioritization of KJV higher than LEB, which allows footnote verse references in KJV to show KJV text (instead of LEB): e.g. Daniel 9:13
FYI: free Logos 8 Basic & Verbum 8 Basic include LEB & KJV with reverse interlinears (enables visual filter highlighting of original language morphology for English translation)
