Need complete manual uninstall

I tried to uninstall Logos 9 for Windows 10 desktop because I need to remove the F:\ hard drive with all my Logos resources from my PC to make room for a larger hard drive. I ran the uninstaller in Add or Remove Programs, but it just hung interminably. I ended the uninstall process, deleted the whole Logos folder on F:\ with all my resources, and also deleted the Logos folder at C:\Users\Ari\AppData\Local. I rebooted and tried to run the download setup program, but a pop-up windows said "Logos Bible Software is up-to-date". So now I can't reinstall Logos. How can I completely uninstall everything and do a clean reinstall? I know how to choose the custom location during reinstall, but I need to completely uninstall it first. Thanks.

Logos Help Center (LHC) has https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360008056632-Problem-Installing-Landing-Page that includes:

"The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource" Or "Another version of this product is already installed"

Microsoft Fix-It is no longer supported and they recommend Troubleshooters with Windows 10. If you tried to uninstall Logos and it failed, Windows may ask if you need assistance/troubleshooting. Otherwise, try this Registry fix:

Go to Windows Search in the Taskbar and enter Regedit
Open the Registry Editor
Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE and delete the Logos4 key (via right-click)
Reinstall Logos

Thanks a lot for your reply. Problem solved yesterday. The Logos tech could not uninstall it or repair it, and didn't know what (non-descript) keys to look for in the registry (they don't all say 'Logos'), so they referred me to Microsoft. Microsoft tried Revo Uninstaller, free version, which they've found is a good third-party app removal utility, and that didn't work either - the Windows Installer window just hangs. They checked my Windows 10 version, and it was outdated (version 1909). I got it when Windows 10 was first released, and the tech said those older versions don't update automatically. He got me started downloading the latest version of Windows 10, which is 20H2. I ran it, choosing to keep my current apps and files, which is the default selection. Once that was installed a couple of hours and several reboots later, I went into Control Panel, Programs and Features, and I was able to uninstall Logos completely. This time the Windows Installer window did the uninstall quickly with no hanging up like before. The Microsoft tech had told me that the newer versions of Windows have an improved app removal tool, and that was definitely true in my case. He also said that the newer versions of Windows get updated automatically with routine Windows updates, so hopefully that will be the last time I have to do that.

I then ran the Logos setup file, choosing Custom to put it on a different drive than C:\ because of size limitations, and it installed fine.

There is only the one Logos4 key that impacts installation/uninstallation, not the myriad other non-descript keys. I'm surprised that the Logos Tech was so uninformed.

They checked my Windows 10 version, and it was outdated (version 1909). I got it when Windows 10 was first released, and the tech said those older versions don't update automatically.

Not that it makes any difference, but 1909 is 14 months old and support ends May, 2021 - so you had a much earlier version (1709?).
