[quote]Personal Letter
Labels a letter from one person to another. A search for this label populates the "Letters" Factbook section.
• Author ~ <Biography ...> — Biography (notable person) data type reference of the person who wrote the letter. If the person is not in the notable people database, this will be plain text of their normalized name.
• Recipient ~ <Biography ...> — Biography data type reference of the person who received the letter. If the person is not in the notable people database, this will be plain text of their normalized name.
• Date ~ <Date ...> — Date data type reference of when the letter was sent, if known.
• References ~ <Bible ...> — Bible references associated with the letter, if any.
• Themes ~ <PreachingTheme ...> — Sermon themes associated with the letter, if any.
For example:
• {Label Personal Letter WHERE Author ~ <Biography C. S. Lewis>}[1]
The Personal Letter is often only partially coded as the references and themes may require significant manual work e.g. {Label Personal Letter WHERE Author ~ <Biography Peter Damian> AND Date ~ <Date 1040 – 1041> AND Recipient ~ "Honestus"}

Personal Letters are included in three guides:

Search
An example search.
I have one more label (sermon) to document before moving on to using the data defined in this section to work in a search. Please let me know if I have missed any labels.
