"Reading View" could be improved by these things......

I like to use the "reading view" to read my books through, but it is clunky. It could be improved in a few ways:
1. Disable scrolling while in RV, it is too easy to accidentally turn chapters fwd/back merely by grazing the trackpad.
2. Have large page turn buttons on the right/left and/or use the arrow keys.
3. I like to see footnotes on the page so this may mess up what I am going to suggest, but it seems that format is very static in RV, you may turn back to another page and what was on the bottom right is on the top left. It would be great to "freeze" the book into a distinct format in reading view so the text was not so static.
These things alone would really really help with reading through books....

My request for "reading view" changes comes from a different perspective or anticipated usage.
When the small group Bible studies I lead were meeting in homes, I would connect my laptop to the host's flat screen TV to display my Logos screen. As we studied the Bible book, I would display various graphics, text, verses and/or commentary to augment or focus our discussion.
In the past, I tried to use "reading view" to minimize the display (remove all the peripheral info and shortcuts). I especially appreciated that I could recall shortcuts by hovering over the top border. This could be augmented by better column control/management in reading view; that is, a single column with a large font size approaches a PowerPoint presentation.
In addition, my standard Logos layout includes a narrow pane (either left or right) of favorites/short cuts to quickly change the screen as we progress through our study. It would be great if "reading view" would show such a control pane when hovering on the left or right border of the screen.
I would also like to include the ability to embed external videos in reading view.
Logos is such a blessing for my use and study attendees greatly appreciate the visual assist.
EDIT: I just verified that hovering over the top of the "reading view" only shows pane tabs. Maybe I should be lobbying for a special "Presentation View". I now use videos and webpage shortcuts within my favorites (simply drag any desktop shortcut to the favorites). Unfortunately, when invoked, you have to manipulate two windows instead of just the Logos window. I could use Personal Book embed of videos.
