Can Logos Bible Software be willed?

Talking with another preach, who has Logos also, and he asked if he could put Logos in his will and "will" it to someone else. I said I thought yes.... but now I don't know.
Since one owns a license in Logos, and have megaopplies of money tied up in this license, it becomes an investment into an entity. I would assume that a body could put that entity (Logos) in their will and "will" it to someone and FL would have to honor that.
The only other option is... that one only owns the license in Logos as long as they are alive and then that license dies when they die.
Which is true?

I just asked CS about this. They said it can be. Before death you can set it up or afterwards the person inheriting can get it set up.
