Just curious...how many restarts does it take to make this go away?
I'm on my fifth with this particular one.
Only one. Posting a log file would be helpful.
N+1, where "N" is the number of links that that warning message actually gives you to trigger a restart.

While I've never seen 5, 2 is not unusual.
Apparently the correct answer for this iteration is five. Its in the middle of a mega-index but has not popped up the "update on restart" this time.
I'll post an edit if that changes.
