In one of the threads MJ said there is a Lectionary section in the Passage Guide now in Beta 1 of 4.1. I don't see it. Can anyone point me to it?

It is not displayed by default; click the "Add" button in the PG toolbar (top-right) and manually add the Lectionaries section to your guide.

One other question - if I select all the categories, I noticed Collections, COmmentaries, and Grammars stay bolded in the Add list after I select them to display, all the others are dimmed. Is this a bug, or does that imply something like those three sections can't be turned off?
Whoops I think I answered my own question - if I click them again I get two grammars, two commentary sections, etc.....I guess that's a bug!

No, not a bug.
It can be nice to add a module more than once, but with different Collections or Ranges. E.G Topic or theme type Commentaries in one, and Language-focus in another.
You would upset people if you got this "fixed" [:)]
