Manipulating Library sidebar

Is there any way to manipulate the sidebar in the Library dropdown?

The Filter is sub-sectioned with the categories: Subject, Type, My Tags and so forth.

Can I drag and drop any of these sub-sections such as Collection and position it as the top Filter?
