Morph search operators
Hi,
Im just wondering if it is possible to restrict search to a specific bible and reference-range, without using the dropdown-menus above the search-field? That is; by using operators to specifiy resource and delimit range?
I like to use less mouse and more keyboard

You can specify the reference range using milestones such as <LogosMorphGr ~ V???????> WITHIN {Milestone <Eph>}
I'm not aware of any mechanism to specify specific Bibles without using the dropdown

Since you are only wanting to search one Bible, you could open the Bible in question and do an inline search:
- Alt+D = put focus in the command box
- Type open ESV (or whatever resource you want) and select the option to open it
- Ctrl+Shift+F = open inline search pane

Thank you, but am I correct in that milestones won't let me specify custom passages/ranges?

Thanks! But I specifically want to do morph-searches — but find having to use the drop-downs tedious. Makes sense to me to be able to type in resources and ranges aswell.Since you are only wanting to search one Bible, you could open the Bible in question and do an inline search:

Has this ever been discussed elsewhere on the forums? Perhaps it is possible to make an applescript that at least lets you "grab" the dropdowns with keyboard-shortcuts. Or maybe there already is a way to access the dropdown with the keyboard?0 -

Yes. Inline search will allow you to do morph searches without the need the specify the specific resource via a drop-down.

Oh sorry, I completely misread your comment. I thought you meant the inline "find"-box. I've never seen this particular search box before! This is great! Thanks 🙌
