The Logos LXX is tagged with Greek and Hebrew Lemmas. However, when you look at the options for the inline (old style) interlinear display, only one "lemma" option is shown. (this also is the same for the Manuscript info too)
This also affects the Interlinear ribbon.
If only one could be displayed I would pick Hebrew, however, I imagine there are users who would feel differently.
