Video flows are losing me.

I find the videos very useful and educational.

But - it is sometimes difficult to get to the point in the application which is shown in the videos. For example - the video "Emphasis Active References" start with the ESV at the top with a Lema/Book study screen at the bottom.  Which layout is that? And then the screen goes blank and then another layout is shown - without showing how to (1) get the right layout and (2) how to switch to a different layout.

Is there a way I can read it differently?

The standard way these videos are laid out is that there is a short introductory statement at the beginning of the video and then the actual detail starts. During this introduction, extracts from the main portion of the video are shown to indicate the sort of things that are possible and what will be shown. The length of this introduction varies from video to video - for this particular video it is about 10 seconds in. 

There is an indication of the start of the main portion by a short "fade to white" transition

So don't worry too much about understanding where the things you show right at the beginning come from - they will be built up or explained in the main section.
