BUG or misunderstanding? Fields in drop down menu

Using a temporary collection of type:Bible I copied the field options provided in the drop down selection menu. I understood this to be a complete list of the fields available in my library for type:Bible. However, the following fields occur in type:Bible information panel but not in the drop down menu:

author
Bible text
credit
negative apparatus text
part of speech
positive apparatus text
tag
title
uncial Greek

Why do these not appear in the drop down menu?

Can you specify one or two resources that have a field that doesn't show up in the drop down?

I get all those listed except for 'credit'. Not getting 'Bible text' is fundamental. I would say you got this list from a Bible Search instead of a Basic Search.

See Verbum Tip 5h: Bible Search -- search fields - Faithlife Forums (logos.com) for a example of a cross-reference search which works for me as a Bible search but does not work for others. This is part of Graham's contribution to that thread.

An example:

If you have a Bible that shows cross reference in the information panel under search fields, you should be able to enter it. If you aren't, get back to us... there's a problem.

I don't see them in Bible Search with the NET Bible

I do with a Basic Search

Are you sure we should expect to see these in a Bible search?

A Bible search only searches text within the Bible Text field. What you are seeing is because none of those fields are also contained within a Bible Text field. (Bible Text itself is specifically excluded, since all Bible searches have an implied Bible Text field filter.)

For example, Negative (and Positive) Apparatus Text in SBLGNT is all contained in the footnotes, which doesn't receive the Bible Text field, so it's not searchable in a Bible search.
