Logos Sync is not working and new books aren't showing in Library?

I got five new books but the Library is not updated, and resources can't Sync because of an error. 

But it's not my internet connection because an other web sites I have no problems viewing or getting updates from.

I am not sure if it is important but, two of the books are from Feb book of the month, and the other three are from feb connect ebooks, Also  my time is 14 hours ahead of FaithLife for me its 2:30PM Tuesday but it's 00:30 for them..

Please enable diagnogtic logging, start Logos, wait for the error indication to appear, stop Logos and upload the logos.log file in a reply to this thread

Thanks Graham, I went ahead and restarted my computer to make sure it was not me, after restarting Logos 3 times it finally showed the books in the Library, but i did have to click on each one of them at a time to download them., system is indexing now.

Can we no longer select multiple resources to download to our library at once?

Yes - that should still work using Shift-Click or Ctrl/Cmd-Click

Resources are downloaded by a mechanism separate to Sync, although it is possible that the metadata which appears in Library may have been affected. Check that you have Download New Resources = Yes in Program Settings.
