I cannot get the word search feature to work such as if I desire to search the scripture for "wisdom" or "Holy Spirit". Any help will be appreciated.

When you say "word search" do you mean "BibleWord Study" under the Guide's menu, or one of the four categories (Basic, Bible, Morph, Syntax) in the Search feature? If the latter, which categorie are you using? If Bible, did you set the view to Aligned? If this is not your situation please describe exactly the search you are doing and where precisely.
Yes, it always renders "0" searches.
