Footnotes in Notes - Redux

When copying and pasting text from a resource into a Note a reference number of "1" is added to the end of the text and the beginning of the citation info. But each subsequent pasting is also numbered as "1". Manually editing the numbers and moving citation is easy enough with 2 or 3 such references, but quickly becomes troublesome with more than that.

I searched for this but only found how to turn the references on/off when copying/pasting. I want to keep the references, but would like them pushed to the bottom and sequentially numbered. Is there a way to do this?

I'm running Logo 9.2.0.0014
