The videos for the QuickStart for Logos 9 stop

Several of the videos stop. It looks like part of the video is downloaded and isn't getting the rest no matter how many times I close out of the resource in Logos and open it again.

Any suggestions? I don't see a refresh or delete.

    I doubt it's my connection. It's a pretty decent broadband.

    Please let us know the name of one of the videos that is stopping so we can try it.

    All of the longer ones start loading video and stop.  Usually, in other applications, video is loaded (either partially or fully).  When the user gets close to the end of the loaded part, more is downloaded.  That last part doesn't occur in my Logos.  In my Logos, the video is partially loaded initially but the longer video rarely resumes loading.

    I even went to the library, found the course and told Logos to download media.  Still doesn't help.

    I can verify that the first Getting Ready to Study ....video stops at 2:06 out of 8:17, with a start speed of 1.4x. When I went to another video and changed the start speed to 1x, I found that this video continued to the end at 1x!  Thereafter I had no problem, even after I deleted downloaded media in the Panel menu.

    In Courses tool, it starts at 1x speed and progresses to the end.

          Study with Guides is 15:09  It is ok at 1x, finishing at 1.4x

          Open and Navigate with Resources is 10:31  It loads and plays OK at 1.4x

    It would be better to describe your issues in detail in a new thread. Start its title with BUG: e.g. BUG: Issues with video playback in Quickstart for Logos 9.  State whether Mac/Windows and your version of Logos 9.
