Right click - Take a note - need to reset this menu list - I now have unwanted options

I have several notebooks.
I some how clicked on the wrong thing to take a note and then ended up with a new take a note option in the menu. Having tried several options to delete/fix - I now have at 4 note books in the list I don't use - including 3 - "Untitled Notes" options. I have deleted these options from notebooks tool
but
the right click option shows all these selections I don't want to use and I have lost the main note book i use - so i don't know how to right click take a note in my main note book.
Any help on this would be appreciated to reset this

The order of the Notebooks in the menu is a recent added list of Notebooks. Open the Notebook Tool first and select the Notebook you want to be first in the list. After you added the first note from the menu you may close the Notebook, the menu will remember it as most recent.

It didn't actually help - in fact Notes is not working properly at all for my main notebook on my PC. But I just discover they are present on my iphone.
It is only since my recent upgrade to Logos 9 - so I am suspicious it is related to the upgrade.
It might need an uninstall and reinstall

An uninstall/reinstall is a method for use on some mobile devices. It is very unlikely to solve a desktop problem. IIRC there is no significant difference in the behavior of notes between L8 and L9 ... so I'd say it's very important to get to the root of what is actually happening.

in fact Notes is not working properly at all for my main notebook on my PC
I agree with MJ that an uninstall / reinstall is unlikely to address this.
Please provide more information regarding Notes not working properly for you and we'll see if we can work out what is happening

Well - you are all correct an uninstall/reinstall - It did not help.
1) On Logos on-line version (when looking at various Bible versions including my fav ESV)
a) I can right click and take a note to Main notes notebook (same for all note books) - These don't sync to the PC App
b) I can see the icons for my Main notes Notebook (same for all note books)
2) On my Iphone
a) I can see the icons for my Main notes Notebook (same for all note books)
{haven't tested adding a note yet on Iphone]
2) On my logos app on my PC
a) I can take a note for other notebooks (ie - except Main notes)
b) I cannot take a note for Main notes
c) I cannot see the icons for my historical notes in Main notes (whereas I can see this in the online version of Logos but i can icons for my other notebooks
d) I can see the notes in my Main Notes themselves when I open the Notes tool in isolation of the bible.
Conclusion - something has impacted the copy of my Main notes on my PC.

Just checking - you are referring to the web app at app.logos.com?

Do these two statements together mean that notes you take on the web app are actually visible on the desktop within the Notes Tool but just not visible in the Bible?

Do you have your Main notes notebook enabled in the visual filter for the ESV?

If you open the Notes Tool on your PC and select your Main Notes notebook, can you enter a note in there from within the Tool?

So online i see this
On my PC App for the same verses I see one icon on Gal 5:22 for one of my notes
See also note icons on Gal 5:23 and Gal 5:24 in the online version that don't show on the PC App

In the ESV on your PC app, if you open the Visual Filter menu (three dots icon) and open the Notes and Highlights section, you should see which Notebooks are enabled for the ESV.
Does your Main Notes notebook appear in the list and, if so, is it enabled?

Just to let folk know
The resolution to this was uninstalling logos from my PC and then remove the logos4 folder in the app folder and then reinstalling. All was resolved after i did this.
