Faithlife user has Pastoral Premium, but not showing in app
Hi,
I'm writing on behalf of my pastor (this is his account, and he asked me to figure this out)... my name is Mark.
I'm an admin in our Faithlife account, and we have 2 Logos Pastoral Premium licenses as part of the Equip package. I assigned one license to my pastor, but when he opens the Logos desktop app and signs in with the correct credentials, it still shows a bunch of things that need to be purchased, as if it's not seeing that he's a Pastoral Premium user.
Any idea how to get the app to recognize his license and unlock the cool stuff?
