I assume you are using Logos 9 on PC, but an explanation of what you were doing would help!
Can you still use Logos? If you cannot start Logos because of this hold down the CTRL key, start Logos and try to login.

Logos Wiki has => Diagnostic Logging that can provide useful context for crash report.
Logos Help Center (LHC) includes Support Articles:
- What to do if Logos Crashes | Windows
- Logos crashes after being open a short period of time | Windows
- TLS Security Update

Appears .NET Framework version is old so am wondering about Logos.exe version ?
Thread => New Minimum Windows OS requirement for 7.10 includes .NET 4.7 that has CLR version greater than 4.0.30319.42000 (.NET 4.6)

.NET returns the wrong 'version' for Event Viewer and Logos logs (see Bradley's comment). All version v4 are installed to a path with that name! You have to check Registry Editor for actual version (I have 4.8.04084).

THNX -- that actually worked. I opened it up. then closed it down and opened again to make sure something wasn't corrupted. It did ask me to basically confirm my log info before it opened. But not sure what happened before.

also curious -- when I went to the community page where I posted my original post for help... I came back today and couldn't find my post thread very easily. I would have assumed there would be a link to MY POSTS... but I don't see anything nor a way to sort and select anything related to MY POSTS that I have created. Am I missing something?

Also - in the forum, I don't see a way to quickly see the posts I have created -- I had to search around for this thread to read and reply to your suggestions. Hints? -Eric

I have been having problems with Logos off and on for the last two weeks. I used to get a message from time to time telling me they were having server problems or whatever but I have not seen them in some time. The main problem I have with Logos lately is that it has been very slow to open and the response time has been very inconsistent. I have always experienced problems off and on with the notes hanging up. I use a Dell I-7 with 12 Gig of ram and my internet speed is 200 plus. I felt like it may have been growing pains with all the new releases and updates. I love Logos 9!
