Whenever I try to open sentence diagrams like lsgnt(lexham sentence analysis or Cascadia sentence graphs. Logos closes. Anyone else have this problem?

I have the same problem; with the webapp it shows "check back soon".
this happens after I install the free logos 9 upgrade.
very interesting no logs since 2019....
You must enable logging.
This is a known bug, as far as I know not yet fixed. You need to set the resource background color to something other than "Windows default" - such as white - and it will be okay.
How do i do that?
Thanks, set the background color to Paper and it works for me now.
