Missing MEDIA COLLECTIONS Section Images?

Running a Topic Guide on "Feasts and Festivals of Israel TOPIC" (selected from the dropdown menu) gives a MEDIA RESOURCES section and a MEDIA COLLECTIONS section.  Clicking on the images in the MEDIA RESOURCES section pulls up a resource containing the image.  Clicking on the images in the MEDIA COLLECTIONS section either doesn't do anything or opens the Media Tool with a blank space, no image.

Can anyone explain the difference between these two media sections?

Also, in the MEDIA COLLECTIONS section, are these perhaps coming from resources that I do not own?  If so, it would be really helpful if a link to the Logos Store was given.

Sorry, I have a screenshot but kept getting an error when trying to post . . . is there a trick to inserting an image?

    Were you using the paperclip to insert?

    PS using the edit at the upper right under more allows you to fix without creating multiple posts.

    No, I wasn't using the paperclip.  Am trying it below.  Looks like we have success, at least from what I am seeing on my end.

    Hover over the question mark to the right of each section header (not visible unless your mouse is on the section header) to get more info as shown below.

    Tried running this guide again just now and one of the images came up just fine.  Closed that one and tried the next and got a blank screen.  Went back to the first one and tried it again . . . nothing.

    Am chalking it up to an internet speed issue or other bottleneck of some sort, not the software links or program itself.  Current internet speed at the time of the second try was about 5mbps.
