Complete Disaster -- Yet Another "Why?"
I have used Logos for decades and never had this problem, but suddenly, after updating to L8, I am now suddenly unable to copy text from my NASB95 and paste it into a Word document. In the past, I have only ever used "Copy" from the right-click menu, using Paste with "Keep Source Formatting"...usually from L3, but it has also worked in later versions, as well. Now, I am attempting to copy a couple of verses, and after pasting, the cursor shifts to the right margin and my word count goes on a wild tear. Something is getting pasted into the document, but it isn't visible. I have tried this many times and I keep getting the same result.
If I try using the new-fangled copy mechanism that was added to Logos, text gets copied normally, but it is not formatted as copied, with the footnotes and marginal references included. I HAVE TO HAVE THESE NOTES INCLUDED IN MY COPIED TEXT...yet none of the various options I have tried does this; all I get is body text. I need this problem resolved immediately. This completely sabotages my entire workflow.

I sometimes have this problem. I have to paste into Word and copy/paste that to show it in another program

Well, I'm trying to copy into Word and that's what isn't working. On a hunch, I tried pasting into WordPad and that worked as it should. I just now tried pasting from WordPad into Word and that worked, but I can't waste that much time doing something so repetitive. For some reason, L8 isn't speaking to Word correctly.

Are you doing something similar or different?
Both. If I try to use Copy, like you did, I get the strange enlarged (I forgot to mention it's about 2-4 points larger than my text) right-justified cursor and invisible word count bloat I described. I can use one of the options below Copy, like Copy Verses, but that just copies the NASB body text w/o the margin notes, and I need the notes included.

Sorry David - I've just realised you were specifically referring to NASB. But I've just tried that and it also works fine for me using the Copy option.
I am using Logos 9 but I wouldn't expect that to make the difference - and testing on Mac.
Which version of Logos 8 are you using and on which platform?
Can you post a screenshot showing what you get after using the straight Copy function?

Pasting into an empty Word 365 document, the Copy option in Context menu works the same as CTRL+C from Logos 8 (Source formatting, NASB95). That includes citation + footnotes as per Program Settings.
What version of Word? 32-bit/64-bit? Windows 10?
